Free Wednesday evening class

This class will teach you practices which will empower you to be in more control of your life. It is also an opportunity to taste the work before you commit to a more in-depth class. Click here to see the flyer for more info or visit the Meetup site.

Anyone is welcome to attend a free class every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month from 7-9. You may attend as often as you like, but we request that you register no later than noon on the day of the class. Please note that there will be no class on January 27 and that the deadline for the January 13 class is Tuesday by 7pm.
